Real estate has been part of my life for the past 25 years. My background in title and as a mortgage loan processor makes me extremely knowledgeable on how to get the job done with as little stress as possible for my clients and Realtor partners. My team and I work our hardest to make sure we deal with any potential problems at the pre-approval point so that when our borrower goes to make an offer on their new home, they know the deal can be done, on time and with no surprises. Being in the real estate industry for so long and buying multiple homes myself, I understand how stressful the process can be.
